The Social Studios (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you request a quote through our website, we collect the details you enter: your full name, your business or company name and website (if you give them), your email address and/or WhatsApp or phone number, the services you’re interested in, your message, and your agreement to be contacted about your enquiry. We don’t collect files through the website.
How we use it
We use your information solely to reply to your enquiry, discuss a potential project, and provide the services you ask about. We do not sell your data.
Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties except trusted tools we use to operate the site and communicate with you (for example, our hosting and email delivery services), and only as needed to respond to you and to measure how the site is used. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies.
Where your details go
Your quote request is emailed to our inbox through Resend, our email delivery service. If you choose to send us files on WhatsApp or by email, we handle them the same way as your details and use them only for your request.
How long we keep them
We keep your details, and any files you send us, for as long as we need them to handle your request and any follow-up.
Asking us to delete them
To have your files or details deleted, email us at thesocialstudiosuk@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to count page visits and form sends; it doesn’t use cookies.
